History[]

Ultraseven[]

One of the Capsule Monsters that appears from a capsule thrown by Dan Moroboshi when he cannot transform into Ultraseven to fight the enemy in his place. Miclas is the most adept at physical combat of the capsule monsters. It attacks using its giant horns and its 5-million-horsepower super strength.[1]

Miclas was first seen when Dan’s summoned him to fight the monster Eleking in Lake Agatsuma. Miclas overpowered Eleking in hand-to-hand combat by using its super strength to grab and throw Eleking by the tail, but Eleking countered by wrapping its tail around Miclas to constrict it. Eleking released a high-voltage current through its tail, damaging Miclas so much that it had to be recalled.[Secret of the Lake]

Miclas next appeared when the Terrestrial Defense Force’s Far East base was isolated in a blizzard attack by the monster Gandar. Dan dropped his Ultra Eye in the snow and Miclas initially fought back using its horns to attack, but became weakened after being hit by Gandar’s ice-beam. Despite this, Miclas fulfilled its support role dutifully, continuing to fight bravely against Gandar, giving Dan enough time to recover the Ultra Eye.[2][Showdown at 140 Degrees Below Zero]

Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle: Never Ending Odyssey[]

Out of gratitude for being freed from Armored Darkness, Ultraseven presented his Miclas to Rei as a 3rd monster to use in battle.[4][Armor of Darkness]

Unlike with its own master, when under Rei's control, Miclas was initially shown to be very cowardly when he struggled in battle against a reiblood Alien Guts and his Kelbim. However after a brief pep-talk by Rei, Miclas managed to pull himself together and ultimately came out victorious after tying up Keliim by his own tail and bludgeoning him with punches until he knocked the monster back onto his master, crushing and killing Alien Guts.[The New Horizon of War]

Later, Miclas would be summoned along with Gomora and Litra to battle against Commander Harlen and her army of Black King Joes, However despite Rei's monsters' efforts, the onslaught from the neverending the Black King Joe army quickly overpowered Rei's team, and all three monsters were greatly weakened once the robots began firing on them with their cannons. Despite the odds being against them though, Miclas and the other monsters continued to hold off the Black King Joes just long enough for the ZAP SPACY to destroy Harlen's robot entourage with their strongest weapon: the Pedanium Launcher.[A Warrior's Grave Marker]

During the final battle between Rei's Gomora and the Alien Reiblood-powered Armored Mefilas, Miclas was called forth by Rei to assist Gomora in fighting back against the corrupted reionyx. Despite the capsule monster's assistance though, it was not enough to stand up to Alien Reiblood's puppet, and Rei was forced to call him back after Miclas was taken out of action by an energy blast from Armored Mefilas. Finally once Rei had defeated Alien Reiblood and Planet Hammer was destroyed, Miclas bid farewell to its new friend and immediately returned into Ultraseven's care, its duty fulfilled.[Planet Destruction]

Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legend The Movie[]

While rescuing Rei and Mirai, Dan released Miclas along with its fellow capsule monsters, Windom and Agira to battle against Alien Shaplay's monsters, Dorako, Bemstar, and Saramandora. In the battle, Miclas fought against Bemstar. After Rei and Mirai were rescued, Miclas finished off Bemstar by dropkicking the monster through a glacier.[Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy Legend The Movie]

Dimension Card Monster Miclas

Miclas was one of three Dimension Card Monsters that belongs to Kanata Asumi.[5] Upon being given the ability to transform into Ultraman Decker once more, Miclas's card appeared before Kanata as Decker was engaged in battle with Deathdrago. Decker urged Kanata to use Miclas, and the monster materialized to assist the ultra in fending off the monster. However after a very short fight, Miclas immediately returned to its card, leaving Decker to finish off Deathdrago by himself.[Kanata's Resolve]

Since then, Miclas was used by Kanata to assist Decker on multiple occasions:
